Boy! It’s cold out there today.
I’ve just got back from the post office, didn’t bother with my coat as it was so sunny and dry …I’m absolutely froze…I know, I know that’ll teach me not to be lured by the sunshine alone…
Unfortunately, this post office isn’t as local as my previous one was (it’s a good three miles away). It was such a lovely quiet drive there through country lanes and I only passed two tractors and about ten cars, mostly going the other way so it was bliss to be behind the wheel.
I’m sure as time goes on and when I’m in a hurry the tractors won’t seem such an idyllic mode of transport for the road - but today they were part of the countryside :0)
