Just got back from my 'power' walk & talk about being blown along :0) - it wasn't too bad walking there but once I'd turned back it blasted against my face & really took my breathe away. If it'll be the other way round I'd probably not have walked so far -

I haven't walked much over the past few days as we've been in Kent arranging a surprise 80th birthday for Doris (Dave's mum) and it just didn't happen - even though I did 'strut' up the local high street - but that was probably due to stress rather than pleasure :0)

I'm amazed at how much my calves & thighs are aching - I'm obviously still a long way from being fit - well in the leg department at least
