--so damn cold AGAIN--
...it's so miserable today - we seem to have one nice day followed by several grotty days at the moment - mind you come to think of it - it's been like that for weeks & weeks...

quick Dave update:
Injection Day plus 8 - Dave's still not taking regular pain relief for his back - even though he has had to take paracetomol - but only twice in eight days (WOW) - for a bit of backache...but he says that it's not his 'normal' jabs.
It seems to be happening when he squats down and leans forward (you know like weeding!). I've told him I'll buy him a long handled hoe, so that he can stand up straight & do it -- :0)
